RETURNS


You have the right to exchange or return your order up to 14 days after the delivery confirmation date. The items must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with their labels still attached, without repairs and with their corresponding purchase receipt) and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging. Discounted and hygiëne items cannot be exchanged or returned. To ensure the hygiëne of our items, you cannot exchange or return undergarments.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your order and you will not receive a refund for the shipping costs. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of the returned items will be restored to you within 14 business days. If we have delivered the wrong item, you are entitled to receiving a new order form for a new item. You need to use a registered postal service and record the tracking details.

After receiving and inspecting the return shipment, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. After the approval, the amount will be refunded within 14 working days. If the item or packaging is damaged, we can pass on the value reduction of the item to the customer. So treat the item with care and ensure that it is properly packaged on a return.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account number again. Then contact your credit card company, because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
