Corset sizing goes by your personalized waist measurement. Grab a tape measure and measure the smallest part of your waistline which is usually one inch above your bellybutton. Depending on how seasoned you are with waist training you will go down 4-8 inches from your waist to get your corset size.
Seasoning/breaking in your corset simply means wearing it in. By seasoning the fabric, laces and steel boning not only will it last longer but feel more comfortable and provide better results
